The weather, water, and climate enterprise is incredibly important to society. Our work requires tremendous coordination, commitment, and collaboration between tens of thousands of people, all of whom are dedicated to success. AMS has created a structure of volunteer support for this coordination and collaboration that includes six commissions overseeing 140+ boards and committees. The information provided in this application will be provided to the various commissioners as they begin making appointments for the committees and boards of their commission.
